Quick News Bites In Playlist

So I got Watchup about four months ago and it’s gone through a couple versions since then. They’ve made small but significant tweaks in each version, especially correcting bugs. What I really appreciate about the app is that I can personalize my newscast sources. For a while I was getting my news from my Facebook feed but there’s always some sort of crazy bias inserted into those stories but I never really felt like the news on TV related to me specifically. That’s what makes Watchup so great. I can select the sources I feel are most relevant or trustworthy. I can also follow tech or gaming, which always have fun stories that I don’t necessarily seek out on my own. And then there’s of course the fact that it is a playlist. I can have my phone playing in the background while I make food or when I’m getting ready. But mostly I binge watch short news clips. On my own schedule which is super convenient. One thing to remember though, need to make sure internet connectivity is strong or else you might run into issues. Also having lots of programs running in the background slows down your phone overall so it’d be good to exit out of them. 5 out of 5
